Program held to recognise and reward manhole workers for their work
The first initiative after the formal registration of the foundation - we invited the manhole workers for a curated program and even recognised their unflinching work to keep our city and society clean.

Program for House Helps and
Performance by children from Sulabha Foundation
The academy organised a musical program for recognising our house helps who toil very hard every day of the year to keep our houses in order. An added attraction was a performance by differently abled children from Sulabha Foundation , Chembur, Mumbai
Honouring crematorium staff
The staff from several crematoriums across Mumbai were invited to one of our programs (Swantah Sukhaay VI - Season 2023) to recognise and appreciate their work.
Program held for the differently abled at MBA Foundation, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shruti Sandhaan Foundation and AAS Academy decided to celebrate Independence Day (2023) with the differently abled at the MBA Foundation, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The program brought so much joy; we could see everyone dancing and singing along with the patriotic songs by the AAS Academy students.
Program to initiate a rehabilitation program for alcoholics at Sidharth Colony, Chembur, Mumbai
A program to reform and rehabilitate alcoholics at Sidharth Colony was initiated through a musical program (performed by AAS Academy Students and some young talent from the colony itself). The idea was to conduct regular music classes in the colony which can help distract them and drive in a sense of purpose.
Medical camp organised at Sidharth Colony, Chembur, Mumbai
A medical camp was organised by Shruti Sandhaan Foundation to do a checkup and distribute certain medicines for free by a group of senior doctors.
Celebrating holi with the patients and staff of Regional Mental Hospital, Thane
Shruti Sandhaan Foundation decided to celebrate Holi with the patients and staff at Regional Mental Hospital, Thane. The excitement to listen to old hindi songs and regale / dance to the tunes had captured the entire hall. The patients and staff joined in the celebration by letting their hair down.
Musical therapy for cancer patients at the Tata Memorial Centre, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Shruti Sandhaan Foundation held a four weeks workshop to train the cancer patients and survivors to sing some beautiful hindi songs. A grand finale was held at the Tata Memorial Centre premises where they performed to a housefull audience.
